Many drive brands treat customization as a slow, expensive exception. We built a dedicated engineering series (ALD) for it: project-based adaptations of hardware, firmware and branding, delivered on project timelines.

What we can customize

Application firmware

Dedicated control logic already ships for screw air compressors, cranes, constant-pressure water supply, construction hoists and wind pitch systems. New process sequences can be developed for your machine.

Hardware configuration

Built-in brake units, PG/encoder cards for closed-loop control, EMC filters, reactor options, high ingress-protection enclosures and waterproof variants for washdown environments.

Communication profiles

Modbus RTU as standard, with Profibus, CANopen and EtherCAT options — mapped to your PLC ecosystem and documented for your integration team.

OEM & private label

Your brand on the drive: custom labels, front-panel design, packaging, manuals and default parameter sets pre-loaded to your specification.

The engineering series exists for project work

The ALD line is the manufacturer's project channel: 11 inverter models plus servo systems, motors and soft starters, built for engineered-to-order requirements. When a standard catalog model is not the right fit, this is where your specification goes.

How a customization project runs

    Requirements

    You describe the machine, the motor, the duty cycle and the environment. Photos, nameplates and wiring sketches help.

  2. 2

    Engineering review

    Our engineers confirm feasibility, select the base model and define hardware/firmware changes.

  3. 3

    Proposal & sample

    You receive a technical proposal, quotation and — for volume programs — a pilot sample for bench testing.

  4. 4

    Production

    Custom parameter sets, labeling and packaging are applied on the production line, with test records per unit.

  5. 5

    Delivery & support

    International shipping coordination, documentation package, and remote support for commissioning.
